Project Overview

Major renovations to an existing building including the construction of cGMP manufacturing suites, process utilities, a rooftop penthouse and MEP upgrades, reception and atrium, offices, and security upgrades. DCBA met a critical schedule including tiered turnover to allow for expedited commisioning and validation to occur simultaneoulsly during construction. While completing the reception and atrium areas, DCBA maintained 24/7 access for critical deliveries while expediting construction to reopen the main path of travel.
