DCBA was engaged by a start-up client for the management and construction of a next-gen power generating marine vessel. DCBA oversaw the installation of over 12,000 tons of steel, 150 miles of welds, and 30 miles of cabeling requiring several hundred-ton crane picks and detailed QA/QC protocols. The project required DCBA to facilitate coordination amongst vendors globally, with over 150 contractors under DCBA management on the East Coast alone, in addition to providing process and leadership insight into the organization to strengthen the client’s capability for future projects.
