Cryogenics Storage Facility

Project Overview

DCBA transformed an underutilized storage building into a secure cryogenic facility and created a new Class 1 Division 2 hazardous material storage, cold rooms, and office space in an adjacent building. The project involved installing owner-supplied specialty equipment, process piping, and making numerous tie-ins to the Central Utility Building (CUB), which required careful coordination to avoid service disruptions. This complex work met the requirements for drug fabrication and production while ensuring continuous operation of the CUB.
