This project involved relocating a Process Chemistry team with their existing complex laboratory equipment and process into a fully renovated chemistry lab built in the early 2000s. Project scope includes new fume hoods, relocation of large walk-in fume hoods and a complete renovation of all central utilities services including nitrogen from a new exterior LN2 tanks, a new electrical room expansion and extensive electrical lab bench re-work. New office space, refreshed huddle and conference rooms enhanced the workplace experience. The project also included cleanability improvements to a clean classified lab areas as well as a new Cold Room.
