Project Overview

For this project, DCBA met a 100 working day duration and a $10 million budget which included phasing challenges with minimizing construction traffic over final roof coating. The project was unique in that it Drain Bowl Coating and Joint Sealing Abatement were added to the project scope around day 65 of the construction duration. DCBA overcame these challenges by working closely with the design team and our subcontractors to come up with a quick plan of action to implement the best possible long-term solution to keep the building occupants dry. The project was completed on schedule and with a savings of $1.3 million.
