DCBA renovated a 3,323 SF laboratory facility to support researchers studying the atomistic control inherent to synthetic chemistry in addressing fundamental questions in physics. The project included architectural upgrades, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm components, all executed within a fully occupied building. By maintaining continuous communication and coordination with all stakeholders, DCBA successfully met the target schedule and budget while mitigating challenges related to material lead times, noisy activities, and logistics within the active research environment.
