Project Overview

Preservation and renovation of historic building within the Charlestown Navy Yard to house DCBA’s office. Construction included abatement of the entire building, MEP systems overhaul, installation of under-slab utilities, restoration and re-installation of historical double-hung windows. DCBA consulted with historical specialists to preserve the character of the building while updating the space to include curtain-walled spaces, team rooms, kitchenette, restrooms, gym area, and training rooms.
