Project Overview

The project included major renovations which incorporated a R&D lab, Mass spec room, HPLC room, Amber 250 lab, coldroom redundancy system, EMS system. For this project, DCBA met a critical, time sensitive schedule which included the tiered turnover of utilities and areas to allow lab users to be relocated from other leased lab buildings. This project presented numerous challenges including a limited equipment information, complex sequencing, and a tight schedule. DCBA was able to overcome these with a well-executed preconstruction effort and organized and coordinated construction, resulting in a timely completion and turnover of milestone systems.
