Hyaluronic Acid Isolator
Framingham, MA

									Project Overview
This project involved installation of key infrastructure components, including structural steel framing, a new isolator, dedicated AHU, and a new exhaust fan, along with upgrades to the facility’s BMS. A significant challenge was expanding the mezzanine platform for the AHU, located directly above the main service corridor in a cGMP facility, while ensuring all work was completed during a scheduled annual shutdown. To meet this timeline, several components—such as WFI, electrical feeders, BMS and process controls, and exhaust duct taps—were expedited. Given space constraints, the isolator and AHU were delivered in sections and assembled on-site, followed by the finalization of the cleanroom components.
