DCBA provided preconstruction and construction services for a complete overhaul of the building’s exhaust, air handling, and roofing systems, including critical equipment selection and the integration of Konvekta coils for enhanced energy efficiency. The project required careful coordination of multiple phases, including redundant system work and temporary tie-ins, to keep the building active during construction. The construction scope included replacing large RTUs, installing a new exhaust system and heat recovery system, and upgrading the roof to a fully adhered FM Global system for durability and water tightness.
