This project involved transforming a shell space into a fully qualified analytical laboratory within an occupied facility in under nine months while simultaneously meeting a tight capital budget. The challenge was further heightened by a stringent relocation deadline and the need to maintain uninterrupted scientific operations. Through careful preconstruction planning, including a two-phase move logistics plan developed in collaboration with the client’s scientific team, DCBA ensured seamless integration of schedules, processes, and equipment during construction.
