DCBA transformed a vacated space into specialty laboratory and office space, involving structural steel installation for a mezzanine, partition replacements, and MEP infrastructure modifications. Working within an occupied building required careful coordination with adjacent labs and tenants, as well as logistical planning for material deliveries and laydown constraints. Despite lead time challenges, DCBA met the project’s schedule and budget through continuous communication and collaboration with the project team and subcontractors.
