To support scientific research on learning, memory, and related cognitive functions, DCBA renovated approximately 2,700 SF of existing space, transforming it into a high-end animal behavior laboratory, animal surgery, wet laboratory, optics room, and offices for students and faculty. The project required careful coordination to navigate challenges such as redirection of occupant traffic, construction noise limitations, and air pollution control requirements within a fully occupied building. Through close collaboration with the owner and building occupants, DCBA successfully met the tight schedule and budget, ensuring minimal disruption while completing the project on time.
