Project Overview

DCBA renovated a 4,350 SF laboratory facility and office space, incorporating fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, controls, electrical, doors, glazing, drywall, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, specialties, casework, and cold room components. The project required careful coordination with multiple lab users, the fit-out of temporary lab space, and management of long lead times for casework and cold room equipment—all within a tight schedule and budget. Through continuous collaboration with the owner and building occupants, DCBA successfully completed the project on time and within budget while adhering to construction noise and air pollution control requirements.
