Project Overview

DCBA successfully executed a multi-phase, 16,000 SF roof replacement project, requiring close coordination with building occupants and Campus Facilities. The project began with MEP trades making equipment safe before roof demolition and abatement, followed by installing new blocking, drains, and a complete roof system. Additionally, DCBA refreshed the exterior stucco on four mechanical penthouses, resealed skylights, and replaced all metal parapet panels, flashing, and associated accessories.
