Custom Vehicle Storage & Detailing Facility

Project Overview

Design-build of a custom vehicle detailing and storage facility incorporating 47 quad vehicle stackers, a vehicle staging area, office space, and a lounge for private events. DCBA faced extensive permitting challenges due to the location of the facility and coordinated with the design team and various zoning departments to produce a functional design that met all rules and regulations of the town. The project team installed solar panels atop the pre-enginered building to meet the end user’s sustainability goals and provide energy savings over time.
