Project Overview

DCBA renovated an existing lab and glasswash room into fish housing and breeding rooms, handling selective demolition while maintaining daily operations in adjacent areas. The project included installing a complex drainage system and integrating new fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarm systems, requiring detailed planning to minimize disruptions. To meet a condensed schedule, DCBA used multiple shifts to complete the work while ensuring smooth tie-ins to existing building systems.
