Energy Efficiency Upgrades

Project Overview

Implementation of an “energy makeover” including the installation of a co-gen boiler system, lighting upgrades, campus steam infrastructure, and decommissioning of an oil-burning power plant. Additionally, DCBA installed a solar field with over 1,600 panels tied into the main electrical grid with back-up generators. At completion, the energy upgrades and solar array were estimated to provide approximately $1.4M in annual energy savings for the client.
