Project Overview

This project involved the renovation of 8,500 SF of office space, 1,300 SF of lab fit-out, and addressing various smaller laboratory HVAC projects. Additionally, the project team address over 250 owner-requested Day 2 items, focused on correcting and enhancing previously completed work while accommodating new and evolving requests. Despite its complexities, the project was completed successfully with minimal disruption to laboratory stakeholders and high owner satisfaction, all while maintaining full operation of the facility’s development laboratories and pilot plant operations. DCBA prioritized coordination to ensure uninterrupted scientific activities, while successfully delivering the project on time and on budget.
