Lobby Renovation

Project Overview

Commercial project incorporating the creation of retail space for Boston Private Bank and Chipotle, renovation of the facade for 1 & 2 Cambridge Center, and a complete renovation of the 1 Cambridge Center Lobby. DCBA installed high-end finishes, modified MEP and fire protection systems, and completed hardscape upgrades. As the project’s base location was at Kendall Square T Station, the project team conducted careful planning and coordinated construction and pedestrian access to accommodate the thousands of daily visitors exiting the station.
