Project Overview

Design-build construction of a cGMP manufacturing facility and onsite headquarters/Class A office space to support a startup CDMO producing mRNA/microbiome therapeutics. DCBA coordinated design development concurrent with fast-tracked construction to support evolving manufacturing requirements while navigating challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic and Charles River permitting requirements. Despite these challenges, this project was finished ahead of schedule.
