Project Overview

DCBA was hired to repair and renovate two multilevel parking garages on Sanofi’s Framingham campus, requiring extensive coordination with facilities to keep the garages active throughout construction. The project included structural repairs, upgrades to pre-cast elements, exterior walls, stair towers, and the installation of new storefront windows, waterproofing, asphalt topping, and a fire alarm system. DCBA also performed demolition, hydro-demolition for waterproofing removal, and installed new rainwater drains, exhaust fans, lighting, and signage while upgrading the exterior stair towers with new waterproofing treatment.
