Project Overview

DCBA renovated the McLean Hospital Admission Office in Belmont, MA, converting existing space into offices with fire protection, HVAC, and electrical components designed by DCBA subcontractors. The project, completed between 9/2/24 and 10/4/24, was executed within a tight schedule and budget while adhering to construction noise limitations and air pollution control requirements. Despite challenges, including work in a fully occupied building and redirected occupant traffic, DCBA successfully coordinated with the owner and building occupants to complete the project on time and within budget.
