Optima Fill Line

Project Overview

DCBA completed this project involving the partial disassembly of a cleanroom and utilities to make way for a new Fill/Finish Line, including the removal of various cleanroom components. The Fill Machine was rigged into place over two days and the cleanroom was reassembled within a critical one-week shutdown period. Despite challenges coordinating with technicians and managing tight timelines, DCBA completed the project on schedule and under budget through careful planning and coordination.
