Project Overview

DCBA managed the preconstruction and construction of a diesel and glycol infrastructure expansion, increasing storage capacity with a 10,000-gallon diesel tank and a 40,000-gallon glycol tank, while upgrading the distribution system. A key challenge was the active pharmaceutical manufacturing plant, which had to remain operational throughout the project, requiring careful preconstruction planning and scheduling. Detailed logistics ensured that interruptions to the plant were minimized and carefully coordinated in advance.
