Project Overview

DCBA renovated pharmacy space at McLean Hospital in Belmont, MA, converting it into office, compounding, and adjoining rooms with fire protection, HVAC, and electrical components. The project, completed between 8/5/24 and 10/23/24, was executed within a tight schedule and budget, adhering to noise limitations and air pollution control requirements. Despite challenges, including work in a fully occupied building and redirected occupant traffic, DCBA successfully coordinated with the owner and building occupants to complete the project on time and within budget.
