Project Overview

DCBA partnered with RSM to renovate a 21,000 SF addition to their Charlestown office, including new workspaces, a luxury café, game room, and additional amenities such as a custom wine wall and on-tap beer and cold-brew coffee. The project, located on an occupied floor, required a multi-phase construction approach to minimize disruption to tenants. Through detailed planning and logistics, DCBA completed the project on time and within budget, ensuring minimal interruptions to ongoing activities.
