Purchasing
  • Purchasing direct to manufacturer from trusted, prequalified vendors to maximize cost savings, improve scheduling, maintain quality control, and streamline communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Flexible procurement approach that allows for purchasing from the initial concept phase and refines decisions as detailed scopes of work develop, leveraging client vendor agreements and thorough bid tab lifecycle analysis to ensure the best value
Scheduling
  • Employ proactive and creative problem-solving strategies to manage aggressive schedules, recognizing time as a critical financial factor
  • Deliver continuous schedule monitoring through integrated tools such as Primavera and Microsoft Project, incorporating weekly progress reports, photos, four-week lookaheads, and variance analysis to identify delays and implement corrective recovery plans
Logistics Planning
  • Develop detailed, phased plans that address site constraints and account for high risk and disruptive activities, ensuring they are clearly communicated and coordinated to all stakeholders
  • Early opportunity to engage the greater project team, incorporating input from preconstruction, field operations, HS&E, and BIM/VDC to align on site use, access, and sequencing
  • Incorporate logistics into schedule and budget development, utilizing impairment matrices and Method of Procedures (MOPs) to ensure alignment
Constructability Review
  • Initiate constructability reviews from day one to evaluate the most efficient and cost-effective execution methods with the least impact to client operations.
  • Provide detailed feasibility reports, photos, and option analyses to support informed decision-making and guide value engineering, equipment selection, logistics planning, and design changes before mobilizing in the field
